TransCare Hunter Limited

TransCare is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2008 and based in Scone. We are an approved Aged Care provider offering services for people with a Home Care Package and for people registered through My Aged Care for the Commonwealth Home Support Program. We cover the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council areas.

TransCare also provides Community Transport services to assist members of the community who are transport disadvantaged. We provide links between the major townships with our fleet of vehicles which assists residents to remain independent and connected to their community.

TransCare is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and we administer the provision of services through our team of dedicated office staff, qualified care workers and drivers. We also support our clients and consumers with the assistance of our ambassadors and our wonderful volunteers.
